I have read that some of this work in breathing/rebirthing is dangerous stuff. I have read that some people cannot cope with what comes up for them. How can you know who can safely go through this process without having psychic consequences. Does the facilitator know how to take care of unexpected events during the session? From what I have read some people have to stop their spiritual practice because of what has surfaced for them during a session. I'm concerned and would like to know how one prepares for these sessions? What risks are involved and how do you assess if the client is safe to experience this very powerful technique?
