Examples of Oneness through Technology

Through the ascension process we are leaving behind the idea that we are separate from our creator and one another. You’ve probably noticed how easily children pick up on using the Internet, cell phones, video games, cameras, and other technological devices. My cousin’s four-year-old grandson performed an unsupervised Google search and then called his parents to the computer to see the Wii Fitness Plus game he wanted them to buy him! This ability to intuitively focus on what we want to manifest is a forerunner of the telepathic skills that I believe we will soon be using.

The computer and the Internet are examples of our oneness. We have a wealth of information and divine intelligence inside of us, even though we may not use all of it. Turn on the computer (or other devices such as a smart phone or wireless tablet) and you can access a portal of information known as the Internet. Although no one knows “where” the Web resides, it is interconnected with strands of information linking to sites everywhere—multi-dimensionally perhaps. We can find historical facts and photos about any event. This can cause us to feel as though we were physically there to experience it when it was occurring.

This ability correlates to our past lives. Humans are able to read one another’s pages (mind, energy) to ascertain information about them—hopefully to better understand or help them. The Internet parallels this ability by connecting us on social networking sites. We awake each day to new posts on our Facebook wall or Twitter stream. People reveal a lot about themselves on these sites, which gives us a sense of oneness and community as we navigate Earth life. We continue to socialize with them through our thoughts even when we are not connected to the Internet.

Our history is stored in the Akashic records, our genes, DNA, and cellular memory. We have etheric cords to everything we have experienced, everywhere we have been, and everyone we have met. This is paralleled as the browsing history and cache and “cookies” on our computers. Our steps can be traced back to the sites where we have left personal information and an energetic imprint.

Doing an energetic clearing on the body, chakras, or aura (electromagnetic field) is like cleaning the cache on your computer. You can release psychic cords that connect you to the detrimental energy of other people. Because we are one, we can never completely disconnect from another person or anything that has happened. Therefore, integrating rather than severing the tie is a better choice. Integration is what the clearing exercises in this book will accomplish. You don’t need to be protected from anything or anyone. You will find that integrating and transmuting (changing the vibration of the energy) is better than trying to get rid of it. Energy can’t be destroyed; it can only be converted or transmuted into something else. Why not use all kinds of energy to bless your life and others?

We Are One in Spirit Group Coaching Session 11-29-12

How did things go while being around your family this Thanksgiving? I bet you had plenty of opportunities to be the light, transmute the negativity of those around you, and maintain your boundaries. I sure did.

Whenever I felt tempted to intervene or “correct” a negative energy vibe someone was putting out, I would draw my energy back to my own space and remind myself that I was not responsible for the situations and circumstances that others create. This technique made for the best experience I’ve had as an empath at a family gathering.

Holiday and year-end holiday gatherings are popping up now, which means there are more chances to exercise your empathic gift. During our call this week, I’ll share some tips on how to stay centered and focused in stressful situations.

I know there are probably questions that you have about being an empath or highly sensitive person—even if you’ve read my book, Whose Stuff Is This? ~ Finding Freedom from the Thoughts, Feelings, and Energy of Those around You. So, I want to give you an opportunity to discuss and ask questions about your own personal energy management.

If you would like to participate in future calls like this one, be sure you are subscribed to this blog or our mailing list.

Entity Release Prayer

Having discovered an entity attached to the auric field of a person, it is simple to remove it with the help of the angels, archangels, or ascended masters. Try this on yourself before you administer it to others. Do not violate the free will of another person, or attempt to remove an entity from anyone who is not aware of what you are doing, or has not given permission for this to be done. This will only aggravate the entity and make it more aggressive.

Lighting a candle, incense, or sage can enhance the following practice to release an earthbound entity.
  1. Call upon Archangel Michael to detach and remove the earthbound entity from the human’s field and prevent the spirit from influencing the human again.
  2. Ask Archangels Azrael and Chamuel to help the earthbound soul cross into the Light where it may begin the next phase of soul development.
  3. Depending upon how long the entity has been in place, detachment could create a hole in the auric field of the host human. Call for Archangel Raphael to bring his healing emerald green light and fill the hole and any gaps or tears left by the departed entity.
  4. Ask Archangel Michael to clear, seal, and protect the entire aura and allow it to heal without further invasion.
  5. Ask that Archangel Uriel assist with keeping the aura healthy and whole.
  6. Thank Archangels Michael, Azrael, Chamuel, Raphael, and Uriel for their assistance.

Embracing Divine Feminine Energy

The Divine Mother is known by many names in all religions and traditions. In Christianity, she is the Virgin Mary. In Hawaii, she is Pele. In China, she is Quan Yin. In India, she is represented by Shakti and many other goddesses. Many of the goddesses of Pagan religions,, such as Wicca come from Greek/Roman mythology. Regardless of what you call Her or what religious path you follow, the Divine Mother can be a nurturing presence and a powerful guide during your ascension process.

Men and women possess both the masculine and feminine aspects of the divine. In each individual one aspect is typically expressed more than the other. What we want to achieve is a balance of both these energies. Since there has been an excess of masculine energy in the male-dominant patriarchal system under which we have lived for thousands of years, it is necessary to bring more divine feminine energy into our lives and onto this planet just to tip the scales toward equilibrium.

In a patriarchal system, the strongest or wealthiest person is at the top of the pyramid. Those who are more vulnerable are crushed under the weight of the pyramid; so, they either submit or they are ignored/eliminated. A system heavy with masculine energy is very linear (i.e.: we are mental creatures, who just happen to live in a body), controlling, and greed-based, as seen in the operation of banks, governments, the Federal Reserve, huge pharmaceutical companies, and the stock market. We put our money and our faith into a system because we want to be able to take care of ourselves when we reach retirement age. We could be investing in a matriarchal system or “global village mindset” where everyone—especially elders—is valued and cared for. These are two very different ways of taking care of people as they age. One is built on self-sufficiency and the other is built on community.

Fear-driven patriarchal systems are currently going through shock and starting to crumble as the Divine Mother energy is arising on Earth. We are shifting to a matriarchal system where there is consideration for every person and each person has an equal voice. Rather than controlling others, we are beginning to honor a sense of community in which we rely on gifts of intuition and share in order to meet one another’s needs.

There are several books I recommend to help you better understand why the divine feminine energy must arise as part of the ascension process. Anna, Grandmother of Jesus by Claire Heartsong brings illumination to the sacred philosophies and teachings of the concealed Essene community of which Jesus Christ (Yeshua ben Joseph) was an initiate. Heartsong offers mystical insight into how the “light-conceived” Jesus acquired the knowledge and power to perform miracles, including raising His physical body after being in the tomb for three days. The mysteriously “lost years” of Jesus are lost only in the Bible, which has been altered by patriarchal “powers that be” in order to gain control of the masses throughout the years. Other historical documents recently unearthed demonstrate Jesus’ presence in Egypt, England, India, Italy, and throughout the Mediterranean. This book revolutionized my understanding of the life and ministry of Jesus. I fell in love with Him in a totally new way after reading it.

Rock Your World with the Divine Mother by Sondra Ray is another excellent read. In chapter 12, she gives a prayer honoring the 108 names of the Divine Mother. I have created my own version of a similar prayer to invoke the presence of the Divine Mother. I invite you to listen to the MP3 “Divine Mother Puja” at http://weare1inspirit.com/spiritual-audios.htm or create your own version.

Join Us for Interactive Call About Ascension

Hello and Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope you are having fun spending time with friends and family this week. As I write this, I am at my parent's house in Georgia helping prepare food for about 50 guests as we gather five generations around our family matriarch. My grandmother is 96 years old and we are grateful to have her still with us.

There is so much love and beauty to be thankful for all year around, but especially when we are nearing the close of the year 2012. If you are like me, you have experienced many changes inwardly this year. These indicate a spiritual shift leading us in paths to greater peace and joy. I want to support you on that journey by offering encouragement through sharing information that reminds you that we are all one in spirit.

Next week, we will resume our interactive calls to discuss empathic sensitivity and spiritual transformation. I will not have a guest on the call. Instead, it will be an intimate open discussion with 45 minutes for you to ask questions about spiritual transformation. I'll send an email with the call-in information early next week, so be sure you are on our mailing list. http://weareoneinspirit.blogspot.com/p/contactfollow.html

Meeting the Higher Self in Your Sacred Heart

Many researchers at the Heart Math Institute are helping people connect with their intuition, higher selves, and souls within the sacred heart space. The purpose of connecting with your higher self is to listen to the truth inside you. When you are vibrating at this level of wisdom, you live authentically, you are clear about your mission, and are raising the vibration of everyone you meet. The higher self is alive and well inside us. It just needs to be activated/re-activated, contacted, or met. We’re going to do that today through a meditation called “Meeting the Higher Self in Your Sacred Heart” led by Dr. Susan Allison. Do this meditation in a safe place that’s quiet and where there’s not likely to be any distraction. Close your eyes closed as you sit or lie comfortably. Take a deep conscious breath—not a shallow breath in your chest—but take the air all the way down to your belly or as far down as possible. Breathe in positive energy of love, light, peace, joy, and goodness. When you exhale, let go of limitation, doubt, negativity, and anything that no longer serves you. Take a couple more deep inhalations, breathing in everything good and exhaling to release anything you no longer need. Let go of any resistance, unwillingness, tension… just let it drift away.  Now take one more deep breath in, and on the exhale imagine that you magically travel downward. Feel yourself journeying all the way down into your sacred heart space. You arrive in a beautiful place. It could be a garden. It could be a temple. Just allow it to appear however it wants to, naturally and effortlessly. Now you’re in your sacred heart space. Using all your senses, notice where you are. Look around at whatever showed up. Take it all in. Breathe in the colors, the sights, the sounds, everything as it appears before you.  Now invite your higher self to join you. Notice as he or she begins to appear. Some people see a brighter, larger, more brilliant person than they are. You might see a version of yourself. Your highest being might look a little like you. Or you might see a light, or energy, or a higher being of another shape and form. It may appear female or feminine. It may be male or masculine. For some people, it’s sort of androgynous—it’s not male or female— it’s a combination or they can’t quite distinguish which it is. However your highest being appears, it’s perfect.  Let your higher self come toward you and stand/sit down. Next, you’re going to have a conversation with your higher self and all their words will come into your mind. You might not actually see them speak but you’re going to hear whatever wisdom that they have for you. You can choose what to ask. You might ask about your life, your purpose, or anything that will help you to raise your vibration and brighten your life as an awakening soul. Ask what you need to change or release, or what needs to be the focus in your life. You can ask for wisdom or guidance about how to handle a situation, problem, or challenge in your life right now.  What is your higher self saying to you? Often it will say “You’re doing great. You’re doing fine; you’re doing incredibly well; keep doing what you’re doing…” You might get a specific answer so listen to this highest self’s voice. Let yourself have a conversation for as long as you like. Pay attention to how the voice sounds so you can remember it when it comes in next time.  Be sure to thank your higher self for always being here and having the wisdom to share with you and for helping you to become the very brightest and highest being that you can be in this lifetime. It’s time to leave your heart space and come back, even though you may not want to because it’s so beautiful and wonderful. But come back for now, remembering that you can return at any time you choose by using your breath to journey into your heart space. Do this as often and as much as you want. You can ask more specific questions or get general guidance and wisdom about your life.  Take a breath in and feel yourself in your body as you leave the heart space. Feel yourself rising up, up, up every time you take a breath in. Bring back with you all the wisdom of this meditation. On an exhale feel yourself settling into your entire body. Move your hands, your arms, move your legs, and feel your feet on the floor and move them. Feel the earth beneath you. Bring in that earth energy to feel grounded and solid. Feel the couch, the chair, the bed wherever you are. As you feel more solid, open your eyes.  Take a drink of water and feel it ground you. Write down everything you said, felt, heard, or experienced during this meditation. What did your higher self look and sound like? What was said to you? Write it all down with as much detail as possible. Do this as soon as possible because it’s very rich, and you’ll learn so much from that exercise.  So now you know how to access your highest self in the sacred heart space. You can use this technique to listen to your heart self and actually become your higher self as you tame the ego and it’s voice fades away. I hope you will do this meditation again and again.

Tip for Ascension: Being Fully Present in Your Body

In order to fully feel your feelings, you must be fully present in your body; not floating around up in the ethers, but fully integrated, with your feet planted firmly on the Earth. This is where grounding and centering comes in. If you are not present in your body, it is not possible to fully feel your feelings and process them. Listen to what your body and emotions are telling you. If they are negative or uncomfortable, consider what thoughts or beliefs they are pointing to that need changing or realigning. I don’t think it is necessary to figure out what happened in a past life unless you truly feel this is the root to what’s causing your current dilemma. In those cases, a past-life regression might bring understanding to help you process what you need to do next. It’s best to simply accept what is happening now. Focus on this moment or where you want to be rather than on where you have been.

That’s not to say that you shouldn’t express your feelings. I certainly am not suggesting that you deny, repress, or judge them. What I mean is it’s not necessary to wallow in guilt, despair, and shame, or give undesirable emotions undue attention. For example, if you start feeling sorry for yourself, you can nip self-pity in the bud.

If I experience something upsetting with another person, I’ve found it effective to write a letter (and then burn it without giving it to the person), or pretend that the offender is sitting in front of me while I calmly speak my truth. Voicing your concerns privately in this manner releases the internal pressure of unexpressed e-motions—energy in motion. I have seen issues resolved by calling a spirit-to-spirit meeting with my guides and the guides of the person I am upset with. I like to end these sessions by offering forgiveness, which moves the ego out of the way and allows divine light to do what it does best—heal our bodies, situations, the collective mind, and the planet from the illusion of separation.

Venting without self-control (spirit control!) can be embarrassing or dangerous as it riles the ego in both parties and only makes the situation worse. If you can sit down calmly with the other person and discuss the situation in a non-accusing manner and without allowing your emotions to get in the way, that’s great! Your thoughts are becoming purer and more loving.

Tip for Ascension: Being Non-Resistant

Being non-resistant is a way to manage the energy that you pick up in the environment and from others. This practice of allowing has become even more important as we evolve on our spiritual path.

During his presentation in our telesummit, “Empaths Shifting into 2012,” Dr. Tom Goode mentioned four steps to integration that I’d like to share with you now. Step 1 is Acceptance. When you experience an illness or disease, the first step is to realize that you are one with this condition. It is fruitless to attempt to get rid of, release, drop, or chop off pieces of ourselves. Remember that energy cannot be destroyed or created, it can only be transmuted. Its form can be changed. So struggling against what is doesn’t work.

The alternative is to integrate. Exhibit no resistance by simply noticing what is going on. Acknowledge the condition and admit you have a [cold, disease, whatever]. There’s no need to fight against it. Instead, embrace it, and do everything possible to address the topic. For example, if you have a cold, you can take zinc or vitamin C, drink fluids, rest, stay warm, or whatever it takes to bring the greatest comfort and ease to the physical body. Expect to deal with your ego mind and emotions. You may find yourself thinking things like Did I get this cold because I have been bad? Is this a punishment? Is this something that I have brought on myself? What have I done wrong? Instead of condemning yourself, ask if perhaps you have been pushing yourself too hard and the body is asking for more rest. Pain and dis-ease are messages and we are wise to listen to our body. While resting during your recovery, you can catch up on your reading, pick up your email, or talk by phone with someone you haven’t visited with for a while. When you’re at the end of an “adventure,” you can celebrate the healing that took place.

Step 2 is Allowance of the emotional reactions you are having to this condition so there’s no denial. Surrender to it, because until you accept what is going on and you’re emotionally okay with it, you have no power to change it. That which we resist, will persist. Instead, we must take it in and transmute it. And maybe even transcend it.

My friend, Dr. Tom Goode, told me about the time when he went to the doctor for a checkup and the blood work showed that his body had become diabetic. Immediately he thought of the comorbidities associated with this health condition: loss of vision, loss of limbs, shortened life, heart problems, circulatory problems, etc. How can this happen? Tom wondered. I’ve always been a healthy guy and never had a problem because of the care I have been taking of the mind-body-spirit system. Nevertheless, Tom accepted the condition and allowed it to be there. After all, you can’t deny the blood work and the symptoms. He surrendered to the fact that his body had a condition that had come about for reasons unknown. Realizing there was something in his life that needed addressing, he passed through acceptance and allowance pretty quickly and got to the next step—embracement.

Step 3 is Embracement. How can I embrace this thing? Tom thought. This disease is terminal and progressive. It has no cure according to traditional medical models. The doctor gave him drugs but Tom decided to do everything necessary to embrace this condition instead. He minded the suggested dietary regimens. He researched Asian, Indian, European, and western medicines to see what herbs, supplements, vitamins, etc. could be brought to bear. And, realizing that we change every night, he continued to practice the Full-Wave Breathing he had been using since he created the technique more than thirty years ago.

Before arising each morning, for twelve to fifteen minutes, he used his breath to align with the energies of the day, prepare to see miracles, and see himself as a spiritual being. Placing his hand on his lower abdomen beneath the naval and with his mouth open (to increase oxygen flow) he inhaled and pushed his belly up and then relaxed. With all the emphasis and effort directed toward the inhale, he imagined breathing in light, love, joy, peace, harmony, balance, ease, exuberance, and enthusiasm. He thought of every affirmation and feel-good thought he knew. All the while, he allowed for everything to be different, embracing the fact that this condition was a new opportunity for growth and celebration. As each day ended, he allowed for all the things that were done and not done to be set aside as he again practiced Full-Wave Breathing.

Step 4 is Celebrating. Tom went back to his medical practitioner four months later. The doctor said, “You can stop taking the drugs. There is no diabetic condition present.”

“Good!” Tom said, “I never started taking them.” This miracle had been accomplished through the integration process: acceptance, allowance, embracement, and celebration.

Rather than resisting the birthing (resurrection) process we are going through, I invite you to follow Tom’s suggestions and relax in divine love and allow every cell in your body to know and accept union with its creator.

Lord’s Prayer for the Aquarian Age

Our Father-Mother God who is within all life, We honor your Presence, the I AM, within us.
We accept your kingdom manifest on Earth through us.
We accept our responsibility to manifest your will on Earth, as it is manifest in Heaven.

We accept that you are giving us our daily opportunity to be all that you are.
We acknowledge that you forgive us our imperfections, as we forgive each other and surrender our will to the higher will within us.
We therefore accept the truth that the universe returns to us what we send out.

We take responsibility for our lives and our planet.
We vow to rise above the temptations of the lower self, so that you can deliver us from all imperfect energies.
We affirm that your kingdom, power and glory is manifest on Earth, now and forever.
Amen.

Hail Mary (9 times)

Taming and Integrating the Ego

Those people who tell you that you can “get rid of the ego, banish the ego, release the ego, destroy the ego” or whatever they’re saying it’s absolutely untrue. Our ego is part of our personality and who we are.

We develop the ego at an early age to protect us. When we were in real danger or something challenged us or was difficult, the ego came to protect us. We needed the ego then, and we need it now, but we need to reprogram it to let go of limiting beliefs that do not serve our highest good and to respond only when necessary.  As you do the meditation today, set your intention for your higher self voice to be louder. The ego voice will diminish and you can always tell the ego to be quiet, to say something only in emergencies.  You can’t get rid of the ego but you can “fire” it from all of its jobs except the role of helping you in case of an emergency. That way, the ego feels important because it can speak up and say, “Watch out!” if there’s a car about to hit you. So give the ego that important job but otherwise ask it to back off. You can tell the ego that your highest is now in charge. Anytime your ego chimes in with a judgment about someone or some fear creeps in, you can listen to your higher self voice, which will uplift you and change your energy and focus.  Imagine you have a little knob inside your head. The ego voice comes in and says, “You’re looking fat today,” or “You’re going to run in that?” or some other fault finding, judgmental or unkind thought. Imagine your hand on that ego voice knob and just turn the volume way down. You can imagine turning it off or muting it if you want to. Then see your hand on the volume knob of the higher self voice, and turn it way up—make it louder so you can hear it better. Try this and let us know how it works for you.  This article was excerpted from Dr. Susan Allison’s presentation on Shifting into Purer Consciousness Ascension Training Telesummit. A Shift toward Non-Violence

While writing my book, Shifting into Purer Consciousness ~ Integrating Spiritual Transformation with the Human Experience, I had a face-to-face encounter with my own health and longevity and how I was treating my body and the Earth.
My acidic diet had to change because it was destroying my body, negatively affecting my emotions, and interfering with my ability to receive clear spiritual guidance. Giving up meat was easy after listening to Dr. Will Tuttle’s audio book, The World Peace Diet. After overcoming severe adrenal fatigue, I could not return to the way I was eating before; and thankfully, the grace to make this permanent shift has been there every step of the way. I would not have been able to consistently maintain a plant-based, sugar-free, gluten-free eating plan prior to this shift. But that’s only half the reason. After learning how much animals suffer at the hands of humans, who think they must eat animals in order to survive, I could not contribute to the violence that brings a piece of meat to the dinner plate.
My friend, Lynn Serafinn, had her own non-violent epiphany about 35 years ago. She’s been a vegetarian for 35 years. She says it’s more than just food, although food is integral to our spiritual health; it’s about the lifestyle and the way we communicate. She has written a book, The 7 Graces of Marketing: how to heal humanity and the planet by changing the way we sell (see the Youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EsBSDzTmgvM) that highlights the violence that is happening in business through competition, scarcity, manipulation, over consumption, and being wasteful. These things are creating violence, not much on people, but on the planet and on animals that must give up their homes and environment so we can indulge. Not only is this very irresponsible, it’s counterproductive to world peace. I see this changing. We as a human race are changing for the better.

Yvonne Perry is an empath coach, metaphysical teacher, spiritual author, and the host of We Are One in Spirit Podcast. In 2011, she published her book, Whose Stuff Is This? Finding Freedom of the Thoughts, Feelings, and Energy of Those Around You, in which she candidly discussed how we pick up energy around us, and how it affects us. It teaches how to identify our own energy versus the energy of people around us. Yvonne has been on a rapid consciousness journey this past year and hence the book she has just written, Shifting into Purer Consciousness ~ Integrating Spiritual Transformation with the Human Experience.

Calling the Sacred Circle

Common to many Earth-aligned traditions is the use of a circle to “set the stage” or dedicate an area as a sacred space. Like ringing the bell in a church tower, casting a circle indicates that a sacred event is about to begin. While some religions rely on the use of a building such as a church or temple to hold worship, those who honor an Earth-based or goddess-centered religion may cast a circle pretty much any place they choose. A circle can hold positive energy in or keep unwanted energy out. It can be cast with great effort using ceremonial gear, but many simply acknowledge the elements (air, fire, water, earth) and the four directions while visualizing a circle being drawn around them. Whatever method you choose is fine. What matters is your intention to designate a period of time in a sanctified space to connect with the Divine. You can call the circle prior to meditation or any ritual. I’ve found that when I call the circle, I’m less distracted. You may find that your phone doesn’t even ring to disturb you while you are inside your private circle! Ascension Symptoms: Depression and Loss of Interest

by Yvonne Perry, author of Shifting into Purer Consciousness ~ Integrating Spiritual Transformation with the Human Experience.

You may experience a change in interests and aspirations or find that you are simply not interested in the people and things that you once were. As old issues come back, you may experience sudden waves of emotion such as crying, anger, loneliness, or sadness. Depression is common when something is coming up for healing. It will pass as soon as it is processed.

It was commonplace each year for as long as I can remember for me to experience some seasonal depression due to the lack of sunlight and daylight hours in the winter. However, I was having one of the best winters ever in late 2011. For Christmas, my husband got one of those machines that converts LP vinyl albums and cassettes into MP3 files. In early January 2012, I was on a cleaning and reorganizing rampage and decided to go through a box of cassette tapes stored in the top of the den closet. There were about a hundred recorded hours of me playing the piano during the early 1980s to late 1990s when I was the church pianist and accompanist for soloists, quartets, trios, youth choirs, and church choirs. Converting the tapes into a digital format would preserve them, but it meant I had to listen to them in real-time. For several days, I laughed hysterically at the amateur lyrics of the songs I had written during the days when I aspired to be a famous songwriter. I found a tape of me interacting with my children when they were preschool age. I enjoyed hearing them sing their ABCs and recite nursery rhymes, and got a big kick out of my daughter’s dismay at discovering that Humpty Dumpty was an egg. I re-experienced my Liberace renditions of “It is Well with My Soul,” “Ivory Palaces,” and “When I Survey the Wondrous Cross” from my Southern Baptist days. I went even farther down memory lane as I tripped over the shaped-notes of my southern gospel playing style from the old red-back Church Hymnal and Inspiration No. 4 that we used in the church I attended as a child and teenager.

Even after the task was completed, I felt like “Traveling On” and found myself still sailing in “The Good Old Gospel Ship,” envisioning my mansion over the hilltop, and “Winging My Way Back Home” while having a “Little Talk with Jesus.” Then, suddenly it hit me. I became so depressed that I didn’t want to get out of bed. My body ached, and I kept right on binging on chocolate, coffee, sodas, and other comfort foods. Overnight, I had lost all interest in my work, and refused to answer the phone because I didn’t want to talk with anyone or be around people. I was an emotional mess, swinging from bouts of anger to episodes of crying for no apparent reason. Since I had felt so good for so long, this dejected condition really troubled me. If only I could meditate or exercise my body. But, those desires had left too. I knew it was related to some residual energy I was releasing regarding my church days, first marriage, and motherhood. Therefore, I decided not to resist it. I cried. I moped. I felt whatever it was that came up and I asked my guides to help me process whatever was going on.

I purchased a bottle of St. John’s wort, a multi-vitamin, and vitamin D supplements. Before these remedies even had a chance to work, a friend called and wanted to get together on Friday. I really didn’t want to be near anyone while I was in this funk, but my husband had admonished me to not let this energy consume me, so I agreed to do a “juicing” with her. When Vickie came over, her energy was so bright and loving it was contagious. As we fed the raw fruits and veggies into the juicer, I began feeling lighter, as if a cloud were lifting from me. In less than an hour after drinking this healthy concoction and being in her presence, I was really enjoying our time together and was glad I had agreed to this visit. By the time Vickie left, I was laughing, and all that depressive energy had been completely dispelled. It has not returned.

This says a lot—not only about ascension symptoms being real—but about how important it is to be around people whose vibration is pure. Because I was constantly doing ascension exercises and affirmations in an effort to raise my own vibration, it was easy to “match pitch” with Vickie’s energy. By the way, Vickie is the artist who created the beautiful painting for the cover of my book.
