Feeling the Energy of Certain Places

Mt. Shasta, the Himalayas, Sedona, and other places around the world have a high vortex of extraordinary energy that you can feel when you are there. As empaths, we can feel energy anywhere—good, bad, or indifferent. We even feel the energy at the Wal-Mart!

When some empaths walk into a shopping center they may suddenly get very sluggish because the energy is very heavy whenever people are making a lot of choices. Decisions about spending money may generate a feeling of lack, anger, or fear. They see someone wearing a nice outfit and perhaps there is jealousy. There are a lot of negative or lower vibrations in public places—some tend to have more harmful or uncomfortable unpleasant energies than others. But, sensitive people can feel all of it.

It’s important to focus on the positive, uplifting energy of your own divinity within you whenever you are in public. Think of how you feel the wonderful divine energy when you are in the beauty of nature! Mentally go there to rejuvenate and renew yourself by feeling grateful, blessed, loved, and happy. By spending five minutes in your Sacred Heart Center before you leave home, you can carry this high-vibrational energetic signature with you all day. It will beam forth from your heart full of love. A cup that is overflowing cannot receive anything more, it must spill over. And, since your fullness is from an unlimited Source, you never have to run dry; you can continually be filled with Spirit.
