Vibrational Sound Therapy

Humans are hard-wired to respond to sound and vibration. Therefore, sound has a profound effect upon us. Much of the sounds around us—airplanes, traffic, people shouting—is uncontrollable and unpleasant. We suppress or tune out much of the noise surrounding us. We may not even be aware of how sound affects us physiologically (breathing, heartbeat, hormone levels, etc.), psychologically (emotions and feelings), cognitively (productivity, thinking processes), and behaviorally (makes you want to move, dance, or get away from unpleasant sounds). Controlled sound (the kind you create or naturally desire) can be very helpful in bringing health to the body, calming the nervous system and emotions, and stimulating brainwaves.

What are you listening to or hearing today? Are you hearing the voice of the I AM Presence within you?
