Awakening to Our Truth that We Are Divine Beings

Today I had the privilege of being interviewed by Joyce Shafer for an article in her weekly newsletter, State of Appreciation. I'll share part of that interview with you and then you can mosey on over to http://stateofappreciation.weebly.com/guest-articles.html#.T9Iz4MX4Jm8 to read the rest.

JOYCE SHAFER: There’s a lot going on these days, lots of changes. Many attribute this to 2012 being the stimulus. How does your book help people who are experiencing fear from all the global economy, political, and social changes we’re seeing?

YVONNE PERRY: In the midst of all this turmoil, we’re leaving one way of living behind and going to another way. There’s a gap between the two that is very scary. You may think you’re about to be sucked into a pit or wondering if you’re going to safely traverse the gap. Like Indiana Jones, you may be wondering when you take that first step, will the bridge appear? It sure helps to have some kind of understanding about what’s going on energetically on the planet. These are some things I address in the first chapter of Shifting into Purer Consciousness.

I give scientific reasons as to how the Earth and our solar system are moving into an orbital path to align with the equator of the Milky Way Galaxy. In 2012, we are said to be ending the Precession of the Equinoxes, which is the last of the 12 zodiac signs in the cycle. While this is the end of one way of living our lives (believing that we are separate from God and one another), it is not the end of the Earth! Old things are passing away and all things are becoming new. That’s pretty exciting!

However, there is a lot of fear encircling the calendar date of December 21, 2012. This day is actually creating a lot of happy anticipation and excitement, leading us toward a very harmonious shift into something wonderful and grand. But, we have got to get past the fear-based, doomsday, catastrophic mindset regarding it in order to see the beauty of this special time and help facilitate the shift in human consciousness. My book is about how to help facilitate that shift within yourself and let love flow from you to help others to make the change as well.


We are awakening spiritually to our truth that we are divine beings. While we are many individual personalities, we are yet one. There’s really no separateness, because we are connected by spirit, our human DNA, the group mind, and the breath shared universally around the world. That’s one reason why we’re feeling so much the pain and sorrow of others, as well as the ecstatic joy of entering into a new phase of human development. We’re leaving old things behind and we’re moving into beautiful spiritual truths and living more authentically. We’re opening to miracles. People are becoming more telepathic in communicating with one another. We’ve seen spiritual gifts of healing demonstrated. These are precursors to what’s coming next.

There are ways to make the shift easier. One is to stop resisting change and begin to flow with Spirit in allowing your own healing and transformation to take place. I encourage people to get into their heart space, into that centered place within you where love abides and you feel at home. There, you feel a connection with the creator, or God—whatever you want to call that life-force energy. To be at one with the I AM Presence brings phenomenal peace regardless of what’s going on around you. Soon you will begin to radiate such love and joy, peace and light from within your heart center, that it affects your outer world. The most important aspect about this shift is that we are awakening from within.

Prayer for Ascension

This is an excerpt from my upcoming book, Shifting into Purer Frequencies ~ Integrating Spiritual Transformation with the Human Experience, in which I share five prayers that I've been using to raise my vibration and facilitate the ascension process.

Notice how many affirmations are used in this next prayer. That’s because we know that the Divine Plan supports our ascension and all its processes. There’s no need to ask for this; simply affirm it is so. This prayer has been set to music and is available on my Website, weareoneinspirit.com.


As I seek the stillness within my own heart in this now moment, I acknowledge my creator whose holographic image is in me, reflecting around me, and expressing as me in human form. I am part of the divine matrix known as ALL THAT IS. The voice of God-Goddess within me directs me in the rightful use of energy. I will respond by compassionately acting upon this wise guidance.


My inner shepherd nurtures and protects me. I walk in green pastures beside calm waters as I diligently align my will with the will of the Christ within me. I align my emotions with the heart of the Divine Mother and I align my thoughts with the mind of the Divine Father.


I long to know myself more deeply as a living Christ. I absorb Divine Love’s nurturing embrace. I allow my higher consciousness to be fully present in my human experience. I receive into my human DNA the ascension codes sown by Christ. Every cell of my body and every atom of matter is receiving the fast-vibrating (pure) ever-expanding frequencies of cosmic light, which are penetrating the Earth’s atmosphere and collective consciousness of humanity. I am now able to receive a full spectrum of light; and I anchor these vibrations in the core of Mother Earth.


My desire is to expand my spiritual awareness and know union with God-Goddess while in this physical body. Thank you for teaching me how to expand my consciousness into my subtle bodies in order to activate the Christ codes within my physical body. Awaken me to receive the energies of transmutation and ascension and master the secrets of cellular regeneration. This will renew my body for eternal youth and healthful immortality. Thank you for assistance in preparing my light body and merkaba for internal and multidimensional travel.


I honor my place, part, and power in bringing heaven to earth through my thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions. I effect harmonious change in the world and help midwife the Earth into the next age of evolution. Thank you for helping me prepare the womb of my heart to immaculately conceive and birth the Christ Consciousness on Earth.


I submit to the process that dethrones my fear-based ego. I receive help in manifesting my desire to loosen and transmute all fear lodged in my mind, which resulted from my former beliefs in separation. I allow the necessary attunements to occur in my mind and body. I permit the transmutation of karmic patterns within my cellular memory. As I shake off old limiting thoughts and beliefs, I awaken patterns of global unity to reveal more loving ways to be in relationship with God-Goddess, myself, and others.


Like our blessed Mother Mary, I dedicate my mind, body, and soul to the Cosmic Christ being birthed on earth now. May the Divine Mother express through me Her empowering and loving presence that heals the suffering and transforms the mental and emotional fields of the world.


Open the gates that lead to the One who knows the truth beyond the Earthly deception of separation. I choose to increase in wisdom so I may be of service to others as a model of love, light, peace, and joy. Let me be a vessel that brings peace to this planet. Help me succeed in my journey through this world and know the blessings of my eternal self. May the entire Earth and all of humanity collectively ascend during my lifetime. Help us to evolve our thinking, attuning it to the love and light of God-Goddess, so we may outwardly radiate into our world the oneness we have with Spirit. May each soul accept, feel, and become one with the energy of love as we merge with the Christ Consciousness, now arising on Earth. Let light descend upon Earth for our resurrection from the ashes of duality is nigh!


I thank my spiritual guides and all those who assist me with evolving and mastering my own soul. I am honored to be part of the process that helps to liberate the collective consciousness of Earth. I receive all of the gifts the Holy Spirit wishes to impart to me. I will use these tools and abilities for the greater good of all.


Help me to abide in this Sacred Heart space of the now moment where Spirit intimately communes with me. There, I understand the roles I agreed to play before I incarnated. There, I find wisdom and strength to carry forth this plan with ease of well-being and lightness of heart.

Heart-Centered Meditation

Yesterday we read about opening the heart to receive. Today I am offering a heart-centered meditation to help you access that place of Sacred love—the Universal Heart.

Love is the power of the universe. As love fills the chamber of our personal heart, it brings a smile to our entire body. Our personal heart welcomes the presence of unconditional or universal love into our human experience. It is natural to spend time with the person we love or doing whatever we deem valuable. If you love watching movies, you may a huge library of DVDs; if we love walking in nature, you may schedule hiking trips; if we love cooking, we may often be in the kitchen trying new recipes. We will arrange our schedule to spend time engaging in that activity because is feeds a love of ours. Even if it is a negative activity such as worrying or feeling fearful, we create experiences that reinforce or fuel a particular emotion or activity. If we hold dear our heart connection to the sacred love, we will regularly engage in the experience of going within. We will be fed by its infinite resources. For where our heart is, there our treasure will also be.

Plugging in to sacred love creates a receptor site that links all parts of us that have experienced separation. As creators coming from this holy place of love and communion with the love of the Universal Heart, we see ourselves connected to all of creation. There we can ask ourselves what we would like to create and know that whatever we wish to create is possible.

What is it that you really want to experience when you feel a longing in your personal heart? It is not the material things or even people that bring us joy and love, fulfillment and satisfaction. It is the love found in the Universal Heart that we cry out for.

As we heal ourselves, we heal others and the planet. This is a great time to be on the planet in an earth suit to help facilitate this shift into purer consciousness. So, let go of fear and limiting beliefs and make room for your own authentic self to shine. There’s so much more beauty and joy to be experienced!

To help you connect to the Universal Heart, I want to lead you in a Heart Centered Meditation that Dr. Caron Goode and I co-created:

• I affirm that I am centered, aligned and heart wise, and I intend through this focused meditation to open my heart, will, and clear knowing.
• Breathing in and breathing out, I am aligning my heart, will, and clear knowing with the alpha and with the omega. I am aligned.
• Placing my right hand on my heart and gently inhaling…exhaling… inhaling…exhaling… I focus on my heart center. I go inward to heart… I am in heart, and I rest in my awareness there.
• Breathing in slowly… and illuminating my heart, filling up my heart with crystalline white light. With each breath I take, the white light is brighter and whiter, growing and filling my heart.
• Centered in my heart and aligned, each time I inhale, I send rays of my white light swirling through my body, around my body, and through the soles of my feet to the earth for a solid, grounded connection.
• My heart glows with warmth and wisdom. My heart light beams its brilliance outward, forward, preparing my path. The rays of heart light open doors of opportunity, clear my way, and enhance my clear knowing.
• I am centered, aligned and heart wise. I am centered in my heart, aligned in my will and clear in my awareness.
• I trust the heart’s wisdom, listen to the heart’s passions, and feel the calm, serene space within. I Am.
