Ascension is Wholeness

The ascension is about wholeness. In order to create cohesion among soul aspects, all our fragmented soul aspects are being collected, healed, and integrated as they form a unified expression of the soul. This does not mean they will be uniform, undifferentiated, or have only one personality or style. The beautiful diversity, skills, talents, and gifts that each of these aspects has to offer will be retained in a harmonious symphony as they come together in oneness to manifest of love and goodness, within and without.

Oneness means we see the best in ourselves and others while honoring all soul aspects without judgment. This happens when we consciously make non-resistant choices that support the highest and best in everyone, everything, and every situation. Unfortunately, due to our programming, it has been difficult for us to consistently do this in the past. Fortunately, our programming is changing through the upgrades that have been made in the human template. We are now able to more easily access our divinity in a tangible way and it is making a difference in how our minds, emotions, and bodies function. Light language is one of the ways we access these upgrades and bring them into our daily experience.

Temporary Blending or Place Holding

The body is a vehicle, temple, or dwelling place for a soul. You may loan your car, rent out your house, or have someone live in your home while you are away. You may hire someone to come in and clean your house while you rest. You may have had some remodeling done to your dwelling while you were still living in it. My husband and I did this when we gutted our kitchen in 2007. We were without a sink for two weeks of the seven-week project. Washing dishes in the bathtub was a trip with no luggage; however, the finished project was amazing and I still enjoy the results. Compare this remodeling example to what a short- or long-term soul braid might accomplish. A soul braid may result in a miraculous healing of the body from a terminal illness, or it may create a life shift that the embodied soul was not able to achieve.

Another reason for a temporary blending occurs when one soul wants to experience something on Earth and then agrees to walk out when that venture is complete. Later on, another soul may come and experience what it needs. A soul braid may also be another version of your own soul coming in to assist the planet with evolution.

Because the body’s main function is to serve as a vehicle for expressing the various individuations of Source energy, multiple walk-ins or soul braids may occur in one body during a lifetime. Remember: these events are always agreements made between soul aspects, even if those involved are not consciously aware of the negotiation.

There may be times when a more evolved soul or higher aspect of someone’s soul holds the body while the natal soul conducts a galactic mission or accomplishes a task in another realm. This is a temporary assignment. When the soul returns, the swap is again made, but the individual may not notice it as much because the body has become accustomed to the higher vibration of the marker soul, and is able to accommodate the natal soul’s frequency, which is higher than it was when it first left. Why is it higher? The soul is perfect and now that the second soul has cleared the body of many negative imprints, the natal soul can vibrate with less obstruction.

Multidimensional Selves

Aspects of our soul are scattered throughout the Universe in multiple dimensions, including simultaneous Earth incarnations. Multidimensional selves or aspects are like a three-way mirror that you may see in a dressing room. As you stand in front of the triple mirror, your image is duplicated endlessly. However, rather than being identical, each aspect of your soul has its own distinct personality. They may take different forms that allow them to live in environments or dimensions/octaves that are unlike those found on Earth. The characteristics or features of each one may look different, but it is still you being reflected across the spectrum of no-time-no-space.

For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. (I Corinthians 13:12)

The more evolved aspects of our soul vibrate at a purer, more loving frequency and may actually be assisting you as guides on your current journey. Some soul aspects may have fragmented through traumatic experiences. In fact, the entire Divine Feminine aspect of the trinity was fragmented by dark forces eons ago and we are reclaiming this aspect into our bodies, the earth, and all creation now. Because they have been stripped of their light, these fragmented aspects may appear as part of our lesser-loved shadow side. To think in terms of higher and lower, good and bad, is actually duality thinking. As members of the planetary ascension team, we are not here to discard duality but to embrace it, acknowledge it, and honor it and then make the individual choice that everything in our lives is for us, not against us or happening to us. Bringing the duality together in wholeness balances masculine and feminine principles/energies.

Expansion

Not all of our spirit will fit into a human body. In fact, only a very small portion actually resides in the body. Rather, it encompasses our aura and extends indefinitely above our heads. Some aspects of our soul interface or live in other planetary systems and other dimensions. So, when a new aspect of soul comes to dwell in the body, a feeling of expansion may occur. This newly arrived soul aspect may feel confined and try to stretch the body to accommodate its enormous vibration. Many bodies gain weight soon after a walk-in occurs because of this.

The incoming soul can no longer see from the same vantage point that it did from outside the body and it may try to open the body’s third eye or alter its physical vision. It may be thinking, Turn on the windshield wipers. I cannot see through this foggy window! or Turn up the volume. I cannot hear the voice of my guidance! Thus, the eyes may begin to see shadowy figures or flashes of color, be sensitive to light, or the vision may go in and out of focus like a camera. The ears may ring or buzz, and hearing may be heightened. If the noise is too much, the ears may try to close down the interference and cause the body not to hear as keenly as before.

You may feel a sense of expansion, as if you are in an altered state at times—even when you are not meditating. This is certainly not a bad thing, but staying in the body is important if you want to function in the 3-D world. Physical Healing After a Soul Shift

There are two systems in our bodies that are affected, sometimes in a dramatic way, after a walk-in: the nervous system and the endocrine system. The endocrine system includes the third eye, pineal gland, thyroid, thymus, pancreas, and the organs/systems these govern. You may experience an expansion in your third eye, and suddenly be able to see everyone’s auras and life drama, which can be very disconcerting.

Unlike our brains and bodies, the soul does not need healing. It is already perfect. The brain has been conditioned to believe in separation rather than oneness, wholeness, and wellness. Suffering is the byproduct of dysfunctional thinking. Because the body follows whatever instructions it is given, either consciously or subconsciously, the brain is also a key component to healing the physical and emotional bodies. Therefore, we need to focus on educating or re-patterning the brain, personality, emotions, and ego (small self) to accept higher vibrations. This helps us stop reacting to life and other people’s situations through our emotions, which causes us to get enmeshed in their energy and chaos. We are here to learn how to control our emotions, manage our body, and know that we are in charge of our life. If we begin to consciously heal our brain, it moves us toward shifting the body out of disease mode.

However, this is not the end of it. Turning over a new leaf does not change the underlying patterns of separation that are ingrained in the human psyche. This kind of shift can be done through light language. I’ll be publishing a book about that tool soon.
