How Much Wholeness and Ecstasy Can You Stand?

What a terrific call we had on Empowering Hour with Empaths on Tuesday!

Veronica O’Grady explained why we really don’t need to guard our hearts and put up walls to protect ourselves as empaths. Instead, we can explore how we really feel and allow a cleansing/clearing to take place by allowing the energy to come up and be dealt with. When we take down the walls around our hearts or say goodbye to energy that no longer serves us, we will begin to feel lighter and more whole. However, before that happens, this leaving and unweaving may create a feeling of loss or grief. Rest assured that the heart space is filling up with light; and soon, the only protection you will need is to set boundaries with energy by simply using your intention and words.

Are you energetically picking up on the history of the land whenever you enter a property? Many empaths are aware of disembodied souls; however, they may not realize that they are clearing the souls that are trapped in the plane between the Earth and the soul’s resting place in the afterlife. Learning to consciously participate in crossing souls over to the light will lessen the detrimental energy that you pick up in your field. Yvonne shares her story about crossing over souls from the Civil War and those who committed suicide at a particular location.

What is love and what is strength? What is doubt and what is fear? Veronica explains the difference between these.

Replay for May Walk-ins Among Us Group Coaching Session

What a great discussion we had on Walk-ins Among Us Group Coaching Call this past Thursday! Ishtah, a special guest, joined me (Yvonne Perry) and my co-host, Cayce Shostak, to share about the awareness of cosmic soul release and how walk-ins are occurring as other lifetime aspects are integrating.

Ishtah assists those experiencing the flux of emotions that often accompany the rise of Kundalini energy and the opening of ancient gateways or portals within the body consciousness. Ishtah is bringing forth light language or cosmic language and the galactic codes to transport others through the space/time continuum and into the next step of the ascension project.

We talked about ways to deal with the energy or situations left behind by previous souls and how to understand what is happening as emotional energy is coming up to be cleared in order for the previous soul to move on or more fully integrate.

Ishtah and I spent three weeks together releasing souls from the grief and trauma attached to the current incarnation as well as the souls’ past lifetimes. Once souls are free, they go to Source and then quickly reincarnate—thus, the influx of walk-ins we are noticing this year.

Light language—or heart language—was explained as having the ability to speak to the mind, allowing it to embrace the new dynamics and peel away the old codes that once bound humans to Earth. Ishtah and Yvonne shared a blessing in heart language.

What are some indications that you have a pre-incarnate agreement with another soul to swap places at some point in life? What are some signs that you are about to have a walk-in? We discussed the joys and positive things about being a walk-in, but we tempered that discussion with a reality check on the difficulties one faces in clearing the emotional, mental, and physical bodies of the previous soul. In order to carry out your starseed mission, you have to remain in the body. However, you don't have to focus or dwell on all that is out of alignment around you. Try to stay neutral and soon there won't be highs and lows (the roller coaster ride), just better days and average ones. Some on our call were “brought on board” a spaceship or visited by a galactic being. This was not an abduction or traumatizing event--it was for learning purposes. Now that people are feeling safe to talk about this, we are finding that this occurance is not all that uncommon. Empowering Hour with Empaths Today!

Hello fellow empaths! I trust you are becoming more empowered and feeling stronger in the use of your intuitive gifts more each day.

Ever since we started these calls, I have made the “mistake” of saying Tuesday when referring to the day this event takes place; so, finally I checked with my guidance to see what was up with that. (I admit I was a little slow getting the message.) It seems all along that Tuesday was the day that provides best spirit alignment for this call. Thus, “Empowering Hour with Empaths” has changed from Thursday to Tuesday.

I am seeing a new trend of people pulling away from social engagements these days. Some are having empathic responses (such as shaking, anxiety, unexplained weeping) to the energy of an ascending world that seems to be going crazy. If you are having empathic responses, determine (ask your guides, use muscle testing, etc.) if your own energy is undergoing a purification process or if you are attempting to transmute negative energy around you by allowing your body and emotions to do the work instead of employing spiritual transmutation tools that are available.

Not all the “retreaters” are pulling away because they feel overwhelmed with energy from outside sources. Even powerful healers are feeling the need to withdraw and go inward to get more connected with Source and guidance. Some have had significant soul shifts and need to integrate this multidimensional energy before they go out into the world again.

Will people know I walked in? It is not likely that your family and friends will notice or respond to you any differently than they have in the past unless you exhibit some dramatic change in personality or behavior.  

Responsibility for former souls’ stuff: The incoming soul may need to tie up loose ends of the previous owner. This means either accepting responsibility for continuing the relationships in progress or amicably ending them in the best interest of everyone involved. It really doesn’t matter what a former soul did in the past. YOU are in the driver’s seat now and it is up to you to steer the course of your soul’s mission from this day forward.  

Place-holder souls: A new soul animates the body and sets up the next phase of the Earth journey while the natal or previous soul has business to attend to in other realms. The former soul plans to return and reclaim the incarnation at a future date.  

Someone is coming back as a walk-in: The “deceased” reveals to a loved one that they are about to come back in an adult body and that he or she will recognize them.  

Body/Soul sharing: one soul sharing two bodies. Two souls sharing one body. Soul braiding with a higher evolved part of the soul near the side of the body or in the auric field.
