What Is Happening As We Ascend?

The cells of our bodies are being transformed and old programming is being released from our minds as divine programming (or codes) is installed, activated, or remembered. Similar to the way a computer that receives an upgrade or update to its operating system, there are sometimes a few minor glitches to be worked out right after the download. Some people feel a bit of confusion after these shifts. This is why it is so important to rest the body after receiving energy work. Doing so allows all the other systems in the body to slow down so the focus can be on accepting and integrating the new codes. It’s like closing the applications that are running in the background so the download can happen faster and without the computer freezing up. You may get several of these “tweaks” as each soul aspect is completed, cleared, or integrated.

I use light language more than English in my coaching and healing sessions. The purpose of light language is to move past the mental chaos that created the problem/karma in the first place. Therefore, I don’t always know on an intellectual level everything that is happening for my client. I do sense that part of what is occurring during my activation sessions is that the soul is being cleared of detrimental energy, returning to Source for a boost of light and love, and then reincarnating in the same body very quickly—sometimes within 24 hours. It’s like a mini death and rebirth without all the drama. While the soul makes that journey, it picks up fragmented pieces of itself, or other souls/aspects in the soul group, and brings them home to go through the same process so they can also integrate.

Once you are activated, the process of ascension is intensifies—one shift barely has time to settle before the next one begins. You make huge leaps and feel more whole, which allows the mind to relax and move out of its “need to know what is happening at all times” mode. Each time one of your soul fragments, are purified and joined into one cohesive unit, you complete that part of your personal ascension process. I’ve heard that there are 144,000 multidimensional soul aspects (or lifetimes) to be integrated and that the ascension process will continue until all of those parts are whole. If so, we are in for quite the journey!

The ascension and integration process gets easier as more of the higher self is seated in the physical body and the old distorted human programming is replaced with loving and divine programming. Clearing happens quicker as we surrender to the process and allow the highest and best to occur.

Overcoming the Fear of Moving toward Manifesting Your Heart’s Desire

The spiritual purpose of the world’s political and economic crisis is a signal that it is time for humans to evolve and begin to directly manifest our needs and desires through our mental power, cooperation with the Earth, and the energy of higher dimensions. We are made of elements of the Earth. When we do energy work, it is important not just to draw down energy from higher dimensions, but to deposit that pure loving energy into the Earth. This will in turn pick up Divine Mother energy from the Earth and pull it into our bodies.

When you turn your will over to God-Goddess, you may expect to be given specific instructions. But then you would not have control of your own mind. God-Goddess will not interfere with your free will or tell you what you have to do or what you must desire or create. Instead, He/She asks you, “What do you want to do? Where do you want to live?”  God-Goddess’s will for your life parallels your own true desires. He/She gives us the desires of our heart. That means that the answer is always “Yes!” It means that whatever desire is in your heart—whatever you really want to do—is your true path. What is it that limits us from taking the risk and making changes that would help us reach our higher destiny? Fear. Very simply, the fear of the unknown, the fear of loss/failure, even the fear of success stands as a roadblock whenever you think of doing something drastically new. One way I’ve learned to work around this fear is to make a plan or a road map with my goals clearly stated. I look at all the pros and cons—realizing that the pros are my desires and the cons are my fears.  Then, I ask myself a few questions:  1. What is the worst thing that could happen if the cons manifested? 2. How likely are the cons to actually occur? 3. How will I feel in ten years if I don’t make this change now? 4. What steps could I take now toward releasing my fears? 5. What is the best thing that could happen if I reap all the pros on my list? 6. How would I feel if I had my heart’s desire right now? (Feelings and emotions are powerful tools for manifesting!)  If you decide to take the risk and make a change, you can start small with a few baby steps. For example, if you want to finish your college degree, you could check out what financing options (grants, loans) are available. If you want to take art classes, see what is available in your area. If you need more time for yourself, look into finding a sitter for your children so you can better care for your physical body and emotional needs.  I am available as a coach to help you better understand how to follow the guidance of your own heart and discover what steps you can take to move forward.

Why All the Changes on Earth?

Everywhere I read these days someone is mentioning how our world seems to be going crazy. Many people are in crisis, strapped with fear, and stressed to the limit. People have lost jobs and financial security; there’s an upheaval in government systems worldwide; the global economy could topple in a heartbeat; the religious institutions we once looked to for guidance are wrought with deceit; our youth are rioting; depression is rampant; health issues are escalating; and relationships are failing.

The negativity around us is so strong that some empathic people find it hard to even be in public. People who have always been emotionally strong are suddenly having panic and anxiety attacks. Those who have never considered themselves a “spiritual person” are praying, meditating, and seeking solace. Some say their dreams seem more real than the reality they have during waking hours.

What is going on here?

Everything is being shaken from within. It may feel or look bad during the process, but these systems and our old way of thinking are breaking down in order for us to create something new. A lot of what we are experiencing is our unresolved personal issues and cellular memory being pushed up and out as the “separation mindset” comes to the surface to be healed. On a collective level, there are seven primary karmic patterns that are being cleared and transcended at this time: arrogance, addiction, prejudice, hatred, shame, violence, and victimhood. These patterns are being exaggerated in order to bring them to our awareness so we can transform them.

Letting go of stuff that doesn’t serve the Light can be scary. Families and relationships can be severely tested through financial hardship. Failing health hurts not only the body but also the mind and emotions. The process can get pretty messy and upsetting, but the end result will be a good thing and worth the effort it takes. Tested by fire, our souls will be refined as pure gold; the separate, fear-based mindset, controlled by the ego, will be overcome as we embrace the truth of our oneness with the Divine, our fellow humans, animals, and the Earth. We Are One in Spirit Interactive Podcast August 30

Earlier this year I began offering personal coaching for empathic people who need more understanding of how the gift of empathy operates and how to manage energy. My clients are reporting some wonderful benefits that they are receiving from these one-on-one services.
