What Is Happening As We Ascend?

The cells of our bodies are being transformed and old programming is being released from our minds as divine programming (or codes) is installed, activated, or remembered. Similar to the way a computer that receives an upgrade or update to its operating system, there are sometimes a few minor glitches to be worked out right after the download. Some people feel a bit of confusion after these shifts. This is why it is so important to rest the body after receiving energy work. Doing so allows all the other systems in the body to slow down so the focus can be on accepting and integrating the new codes. It’s like closing the applications that are running in the background so the download can happen faster and without the computer freezing up. You may get several of these “tweaks” as each soul aspect is completed, cleared, or integrated.

I use light language more than English in my coaching and healing sessions. The purpose of light language is to move past the mental chaos that created the problem/karma in the first place. Therefore, I don’t always know on an intellectual level everything that is happening for my client. I do sense that part of what is occurring during my activation sessions is that the soul is being cleared of detrimental energy, returning to Source for a boost of light and love, and then reincarnating in the same body very quickly—sometimes within 24 hours. It’s like a mini death and rebirth without all the drama. While the soul makes that journey, it picks up fragmented pieces of itself, or other souls/aspects in the soul group, and brings them home to go through the same process so they can also integrate.

Once you are activated, the process of ascension is intensifies—one shift barely has time to settle before the next one begins. You make huge leaps and feel more whole, which allows the mind to relax and move out of its “need to know what is happening at all times” mode. Each time one of your soul fragments, are purified and joined into one cohesive unit, you complete that part of your personal ascension process. I’ve heard that there are 144,000 multidimensional soul aspects (or lifetimes) to be integrated and that the ascension process will continue until all of those parts are whole. If so, we are in for quite the journey!

The ascension and integration process gets easier as more of the higher self is seated in the physical body and the old distorted human programming is replaced with loving and divine programming. Clearing happens quicker as we surrender to the process and allow the highest and best to occur.

Empowering Hour with Empaths Replay!

The Difference between Feelings and Emotions

It is very important to be able to distinguish the difference between emotions and feelings. Very simply put, emotions carry energetic signatures of the past, and are based on thoughts. Feelings are recognized through the physical body, and tell you what is going on for you in the present moment.
Feelings and emotions can both have an effect upon your body and mind. Because they are rooted in some past experience, emotions try to rule your choices by reminding you of consequences, and keeping you stuck in your past. Generated by the small self, they are usually triggered by a current dilemma that reminds you of what happened in a similar previous experience. Because they tend to be fear-based and can contain other people’s energy, emotions are very unreliable and self-limiting. Feelings are a result of the life force energy flowing through you as they register a response within your physical body. Unlike emotions, feelings are yours and yours alone. They are painstakingly honest as they urge you to take a look at what is transpiring for you in the here and now. They are not based on past regrets/experiences, nor are they concerned about the future. Therefore, they may encourage you to give up an old belief pattern or shift into a new way of living or viewing life. Feelings give you options and allow you to be in control of what action to take based upon the energetic information they provide.  Emotions are not real—they can and will lie to you. Feelings are real, and always tell you the truth, even though you may not like their message or wish it were different.  The Feelings Test  In Chapter 8 of my book, Whose Stuff is This? I shared the following exercise that I believe will help you determine whether you are experiencing an emotion or a feeling. It will also help you make decisions based upon how the vibration or energy of that decision feels in your body. Walk-in souls have a lot of these kinds of decisions to make—especially when they are new to the body. This is a great exercise to help the soul become aware of the body, and stay fully present in it.  Begin by thinking about a situation you are currently in. Perhaps you are considering a new business venture, a change in residence, leaving or beginning a relationship, or maybe you sense that a potential walk-in soul is requesting an exchange. You have at least two choices to make: either go for the opportunity or turn it away—at least for the time being.  Take a deep breath to center your thoughts, and find the still place (sacred heart) within. Become aware of how your body feels in this neutral, natural state. Put aside any worry about what will happen in the future, and honestly acknowledge whatever you feel right now. This does not mean you will act upon it—just feel it.  1. As you release the breath, hold the thought that you will accept the opportunity being presented to you.  2. Now come back to a neutral point, and think of the situation again. This time consider turning away the opportunity. Did you feel any kind of shift in your body or the field around you?  Which consideration made you feel peaceful, happy, or relaxed?  Which consideration made you feel tense, uneasy, or agitated?  Did you hold your breath when considering either thought?  The thought that made you feel relaxed or at ease is your true desire, and more than likely the choice you should make.  Sometimes you may get an equal feeling for either option. For example, my husband was “invited” to attend a meeting at work. It was not mandatory, and he really did not want to go, but there were certain expectations that he be there. He did the above exercise and noticed that one choice did not generate any more feeling than the other. In cases like this, I suggest that you consider yourself first—I know that is not easy for those who come from a religious upbringing, co-dependent society, or dysfunctional family. Decide which choice brings you the most joy or the least amount of personal stress or inconvenience. If my husband were to attend that meeting, it would put him in afternoon traffic, and take him more than an hour to drive twelve miles home. This would cause him to rearrange or cancel his plans to go to the gym for some much-needed exercise. If your decision does not have a personal stress factor involved, if it does not infringe upon your well-being, and if others would benefit by your participation, go for it. How Much Wholeness and Ecstasy Can You Stand?

What a terrific call we had on Empowering Hour with Empaths on Tuesday!

Veronica O’Grady explained why we really don’t need to guard our hearts and put up walls to protect ourselves as empaths. Instead, we can explore how we really feel and allow a cleansing/clearing to take place by allowing the energy to come up and be dealt with. When we take down the walls around our hearts or say goodbye to energy that no longer serves us, we will begin to feel lighter and more whole. However, before that happens, this leaving and unweaving may create a feeling of loss or grief. Rest assured that the heart space is filling up with light; and soon, the only protection you will need is to set boundaries with energy by simply using your intention and words.

Are you energetically picking up on the history of the land whenever you enter a property? Many empaths are aware of disembodied souls; however, they may not realize that they are clearing the souls that are trapped in the plane between the Earth and the soul’s resting place in the afterlife. Learning to consciously participate in crossing souls over to the light will lessen the detrimental energy that you pick up in your field. Yvonne shares her story about crossing over souls from the Civil War and those who committed suicide at a particular location.

What to Do Before a Soul Exchange

When a soul's work or Earth contract is complete, it may be offered the opportunity of a soul exchange. Even if the pervious soul’s work is not complete, the incoming soul may be allowed to come in if it agrees to complete any unresolved issues for the soul it is replacing. Again, this decision is determined by higher guidance and according to Divine Plan.

 As a coach to walk-ins, Yvonne does not help facilitate a soul exchange for people who are simply seeking to leave the miserable lives they have created. Instead, she attempts to help people grow spiritual and accept responsibility as the co-creator of their lives. Her main focus is to help people have already had a walk-in and need support during the integration period. Soul exchanges are much like a hospice transition or a physical death. Here are some tips on how to prepare when someone is about to experience a conscious soul exchange.

• Most conscious walk-outs communicate with the walk-in soul for weeks or months prior to the actual swap date. The walk-out soul should make sure that the walk-in soul is of the light and is not going to harm the body or anyone else. The best way is to simply ask internal questions and use the “The Feelings Test” in chapter 7 to notice vibrational shifts in your body when considering the decision.

• Allow the outgoing soul to enjoy a favorite food, visit a favorite place, or do whatever brings a sense of closure or completion before departing.

• Nourish the body well to make the vessel as clean and healthy as possible.

• If the departing soul is troubled, overly tired, or in any way emotionally charged, it is highly recommended to retrieve soul parts.  

• Clean and clear past karma of the departing soul to help “get the house in order.” The departing soul may need to be forgiven or offer forgiveness to another person. They may ask that this be done on their behalf if they feel unable to do so before leaving.

• The departing soul should disclose whatever needs to be taken care of and know that someone will complete any unfinished business in his/her absence.

• Set the “nest” with clear and high-frequency energies like you might for a physical birthing: a quiet, peaceful, and loving environment without intrusions so the body can simply lay down and go through the cord exchange.

• The soul needs to know that it is loved. Give thanks for the work it accomplished while in body.

• The soul needs to know when it has left the body. Anyone attending the death may gently place a hand on the arm of the body so it can feel… and then not feel ... and know they are outside of/released from the physical body.

Replay for May Walk-ins Among Us Group Coaching Session

What a great discussion we had on Walk-ins Among Us Group Coaching Call this past Thursday! Ishtah, a special guest, joined me (Yvonne Perry) and my co-host, Cayce Shostak, to share about the awareness of cosmic soul release and how walk-ins are occurring as other lifetime aspects are integrating.

Ishtah assists those experiencing the flux of emotions that often accompany the rise of Kundalini energy and the opening of ancient gateways or portals within the body consciousness. Ishtah is bringing forth light language or cosmic language and the galactic codes to transport others through the space/time continuum and into the next step of the ascension project.

We talked about ways to deal with the energy or situations left behind by previous souls and how to understand what is happening as emotional energy is coming up to be cleared in order for the previous soul to move on or more fully integrate.

Ishtah and I spent three weeks together releasing souls from the grief and trauma attached to the current incarnation as well as the souls’ past lifetimes. Once souls are free, they go to Source and then quickly reincarnate—thus, the influx of walk-ins we are noticing this year.

Humanity attempts to settle on an answer to the question of “reality”. What a great discussion we had on Walk-ins Among Us Group Coaching Call this Thursday! Cayce Shostak and I enjoyed sharing insight and hearing from our listeners about these and other topics:

What are some indications that you have a pre-incarnate agreement with another soul to swap places at some point in life? What are some signs that you are about to have a walk-in? We discussed the joys and positive things about being a walk-in, but we tempered that discussion with a reality check on the difficulties one faces in clearing the emotional, mental, and physical bodies of the previous soul. In order to carry out your starseed mission, you have to remain in the body. However, you don't have to focus or dwell on all that is out of alignment around you. Try to stay neutral and soon there won't be highs and lows (the roller coaster ride), just better days and average ones. Some on our call were “brought on board” a spaceship or visited by a galactic being. This was not an abduction or traumatizing event--it was for learning purposes. Now that people are feeling safe to talk about this, we are finding that this occurance is not all that uncommon. Learn about multidimensional soul aspects and how they are being integrated into wholeness now, each having its own features and gifts to offer.
