Can you believe we made it through almost all of the questions that came up for the group call, Shifting into Purer Consciousness? Whew! That was a wonderful dance we did together with Vic Singer.
On the call, we talked about heartbreaks in life and the gifts they bring us, and how to find the gifts by dropping deep into the E-motion (energy in motion) of whatever life is presenting to us. Then, we spoke about how the shifting we are going through doesn't seem real at times and how at other times we seem to be living in multiple realities. We discussed ways to connect with nature and animals in order to raise our vibration and keep it high--especially in workplace or family situations where it is difficult to maintain our personal field of light.
