Tip for Ascension: Communing with Nature

Being in nature is such a great way to feel grounded and centered! You unknowingly interact with the elementals, which are light beings in a dimension unseen by most human eyes. Air, fire, water, and earth are the elements of our human birth. Breathing fresh air, feeling the heat of the sun, walking near (or getting into) water, or touching the soil is refreshing to the body and spirit. As you walk in nature, incorporate life-giving breath by breathing in for six steps and breathing out for six steps. The act of walking calls forth the energy or prana from Earth's etheric body into yours. This is one of the reasons why you feel so refreshed and recharged by the end of a nature walk.

If you feel weak, sick, frustrated, angry, or find yourself dealing with any ascension disturbances (the mud being stirred up), the last thing you may want to do is get outdoors—especially if the weather is unpleasant. During the times I have forced myself to get outside and enjoy nature (even if only for a few minutes), I notice my attitude starts to change. If it’s raining or cold and you simply can’t seem to motivate yourself to go outdoors, find a sunny window and soak in the rays of the sun indoors.
