Tip for Ascension: Yogic Breathing

There are many types of yogic breathing and I won’t attempt to mention all of them. Basically, here is how it works for beginners:

Sit with legs crossed and your spine erect, extending the crown of your head toward the ceiling. Place the palm of one hand on your heart and the other on your naval. Breathe in slowly through the nose and bring the air all the way into the abdomen then expand it to the rib cage and finally the upper chest. Hold it for a few seconds, and then exhale through the nose, feeling the air leave the abdomen first, following it up the body to the upper chest for full release.
